Made from 87% wool and 13% Donegal viscose, this 4-ply base is scattered with contrasting tweedy flecks that add texture and visual interest to even the simplest knitting.

With 400 metres per 100g, Woolshed 4 Ply is a versatile choice for garments, colourwork and accessories — especially when you want your project to have a little rustic charm.

Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches in Ballarat.

Care

Hand wash at 30°C or below, ideally using a wool detergent. Dry flat.

Do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight. Avoid wringing or twisting.

A Note About Hand-Dyed Yarn

Every skein is dyed by hand, so colour can vary slightly from skein to skein. If your project requires more than one skein, alternating skeins every few rows will help blend any variations beautifully.
